“Blackhole Sun” is a toasted, coconut cream ale that drinks super light and mellow, but due to a kettle-staining technique, looks very dark. Pono Brewmaster Larry Clouser created it in honor of the daytime blackout of the sun we are all preparing to experience on Tuesday the 21st. Thanks for the inspiration, Majestic Powerful Universe.
